With over 11 years of experience as an MSK practitioner, I hold a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and am a qualified non-medical prescriber and soft-tissue/joint injection therapist. I specialise in treating complex MSK conditions using a multimodal approach, including manual therapy, exercise modulation, kinesiotaping, soft tissue mobilisation, joint and soft tissue injections, shockwave therapy, and acupuncture.
In addition to my clinical expertise, I serve as a clinical mentor, guiding and supporting fellow healthcare professionals in their development. As the Regional Lead for South Lincolnshire, I oversee services and ensure high standards of practice among team members. I also hold the role of Risk Assessment and Management Officer for the organisation, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and implementing strategies to mitigate risks while optimising patient care.
