I am Mr Nagaraj Sivaji, a Consultant ENT Surgeon with over 10 years of experience at the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. I offer comprehensive, high-quality ENT services to both adult and paediatric patients, specialising in a wide range of conditions.

After completing my MBBS, I pursued further training, obtaining a Diploma in Laryngology and Otology (DLO), and later achieving dual Fellowships from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh – FRCS Otolaryngology and FRCS (ORL-HNS).

Since the year 2000, I have had the privilege of training and practising in various esteemed hospitals across the United Kingdom, which has enriched my expertise and clinical approach. Throughout my career, I remain committed to providing exceptional patient care, underpinned by evidence-based practice and the latest advancements in ENT speciality.

I am Mr Diaa Magdi Amin Antonios, an experienced ENT surgeon with over three decades of clinical practice in otolaryngology across the UK and internationally. I am currently an Associate Specialist in ENT at Pilgrim Hospital, United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust, a role I have held since 2012.

I graduated in Medicine (MB BCh) from Ain Shams University, Egypt, and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Otolaryngology, followed by Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCS ENT). I am fully GMC registered and a member of the British Rhinological Society. I was also awarded the Primary FRCS Medal for outstanding performance by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

My ENT training and career span some of the UK’s leading teaching and district general hospitals, including Southampton University Hospitals, Queen Alexandra Hospital Portsmouth, Royal Lancaster Infirmary, and James Paget Hospital, alongside extensive experience in major teaching hospitals in Cairo. This has provided me with broad expertise across all aspects of adult and paediatric ENT, including nasal and sinus disease, epistaxis, otology, snoring and sleep-disordered breathing, and general head and neck conditions.

I have a particular interest in rhinology and sinus surgery, supported by advanced training in functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), rhinoplasty, facial plastic surgery, otology, and sleep-disordered breathing. I am committed to evidence-based practice and continually updating my skills through national and international courses and conferences.

Alongside my clinical work, I have been actively involved in teaching junior doctors and medical students, departmental audit, and clinical governance. I pride myself on delivering safe, thorough, and compassionate care, ensuring that each patient feels listened to and supported throughout their treatment journey.
