I am a registered First Contact Practitioner (FCP) and have been working with the organisation for over five years. As a non-medical prescriber, I manage patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in my clinical role.
Serving as the Clinical Performance and Development Lead for the organisation, I oversee the mentorship program, providing ongoing support to both mentors and mentees to ensure the best possible outcomes for professional development. Additionally, I take on the role of a Clinical Mentor and Supervisor for Physiotherapy and First Contact Physiotherapy staff, guiding their clinical practice and fostering continuous learning.
I also serve as the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian for the organisation, promoting a culture of openness and transparency, ensuring staff feel empowered to raise concerns about patient safety or workplace issues without fear of retribution.
