I am a Consultant Orthopaedic and Upper Limb/Shoulder Surgeon with over 30 years of experience in Trauma and Orthopaedic surgery. I have been practising as a Consultant at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, since 2007, and my private practice spans St Hugh’s Hospital in Grimsby, Boston West Hospital in Boston, and FitzWilliam Hospital in Peterborough.
My training journey began with a basic surgical rotation in the Bristol area, followed by higher surgical training in the Wessex region. I then pursued a Specialist Fellowship in Shoulder and Upper Limb Surgery at the University Hospital of Coventry and Warwickshire. Additionally, I hold a Master’s Degree in Orthopaedic Surgery from India. This diverse training has given me a robust foundation to handle a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
I specialise in treating both upper and lower limb problems, with a particular focus on Shoulder and Upper Limb Surgery, alongside General Trauma Surgery. I see over 3,000 patients annually, performing more than 400 procedures, including arthroscopic and arthroplasty surgeries. My expertise also extends to managing upper limb sports injuries.
Having dedicated over two decades to this specialised field, I take pride in delivering personalised care and helping my patients regain mobility and quality of life. Whether managing sports injuries or conducting complex surgeries, I am passionate about utilising the latest techniques to achieve the best possible outcomes. My practice is rooted in a commitment to excellence, compassion, and a deep understanding of my patients’ needs.
