I attained my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2020 and my MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy in 2022 from the University of Salford. With a strong academic background and clinical experience, I am highly skilled in conducting comprehensive assessments of musculoskeletal conditions and delivering evidence-based treatment interventions.
In my current role as a First Contact Physiotherapist (FCP), I am the first point of contact for patients presenting with musculoskeletal issues. I assess and manage a wide range of conditions, providing accurate diagnoses and treatment plans without the need for immediate referral to a doctor. I utilise my expertise in joint mobilization techniques, movement with mobilisation, taping, soft tissue management, and sports injury assessment to ensure that patients receive targeted, effective care.
I am also skilled in providing tailored treatment and prevention advice, empowering patients to take control of their health and avoid future injuries. I work collaboratively with patients to create personalised rehabilitation plans and offer guidance on exercise regimens and lifestyle changes that contribute to improved long-term outcomes.
I take pride in delivering patient-centered care, where I listen to my patients’ concerns and goals, ensuring their treatment aligns with their individual needs. Through my role as an FCP, I am committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring patients receive the right treatment, when they need it, in a timely and professional manner.
