Since 2020, I have been serving in my current role, holding a Master’s degree in Orthopedic Physiotherapy, and am also a non-medical prescriber and injection therapist. I am passionate about patient care and enjoy collaborating with a diverse PCN team to optimise treatment outcomes and enhance patient satisfaction.
As the Deputy Clinical Service Manager for the organisation, I work to monitor, support, and elevate the service delivery standards and professional practices of the staff members. Additionally, I serve as the Regional Lead for East Lincolnshire, overseeing services and ensuring the highest standards of care across the region. I also take on the role of a Clinical Mentor and Supervisor, guiding and supporting the professional growth of clinicians within the team.
In my role as Recruitment Lead, I am responsible for managing recruitment efforts, ensuring the selection of highly skilled and dedicated clinicians to join our team, and fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.
