While fulfilling my professional responsibilities, I have shown myself to be a flexible and adaptable clinician, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic as evidenced by the excellent feedback I have received from Multi-Source Feedback forms from colleagues and Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires.
I take the highest possible level of personal responsibility for patients who present to me, and where possible have taken the lead role in their ongoing management, offering them holistic care through a multi professional working and signposting process.
Being a GP trainer for nearly 15 years, I am dedicated to mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. I oversee and support registrars, AHPs and FCPs, in their professional development and training. As a Dispensary Partner at LMC and previously at MMC and SMG, I have optimised dispensary operations to meet CCG safety and cost directives. My contributions include implementing wholesaling initiatives at MMC and SMG and restructuring finances at SMG to minimize risks and reduce outgoings, resulting in increased annual partner drawings.
In my role as Palliative and Gold Standards Framework (GSF) lead, I have implemented the Electronic Palliative Care Coordination Systems (EPaCCs) at MMC, enabling integrated patient care across community and secondary teams. This ensures that end-of-life care requirements are met seamlessly.
