I attained my Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in 2011 and began working as an MSK physiotherapist across multiple countries, gaining extensive experience and skills. I currently work as a First Contact Physiotherapist (FCP), providing direct access to physiotherapy services for patients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions.
I am proficient in various hands-on manual therapy techniques, exercise modulation, and creating tailored exercise regimens. My expertise also includes conducting group exercise sessions, soft tissue mobilisation techniques, and acupuncture, among other approaches. In my role as an FCP, I am responsible for assessing and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring that patients receive immediate and appropriate care.
