Coming to your appointment

• Please limit the number of visitors you bring with you to one, same applies if you are chaperoning a child
• Please arrive for your appointment no earlier than 10 minutes
• Masks are still mandatory unless you are exempted for medical reasons
• Please use a hand sanitiser located at the reception stand and take a seat until called to the treatment room for your appointment
• You will be asked the COVID symptoms screening questions by the reception staff so kindly cooperate during the process

• The clinical staff will also be wearing a PPE and will follow government guidance of social distancing
• Guidance on PPE Disposal and sanitising the treatment room will be followed after each patient contact
