WHY SPORTS MASSAGE
Massage has been promoted as a treatment of choice for numerous conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, stress, relaxation, and pregnancy.
Sports massage has been suggested as a means to help prepare an athlete for competition, as a tool to enhance athletic performance, as a treatment approach to help the athlete recover after exercise or competition, and as a manual therapy intervention for sports-related musculoskeletal injuries.

We have trained and experienced team of sports masseuse completing a thorough assessment of your needs, providing treatment and a tailored rehabilitation plan at all our locations.
We offer Effleurage, Petrisage, Deep tissue friction and Trigger point release are some trusted forms of sports massage techniques that will be provided as a part of your treatment.
As an adjunct, you will also be advised on application methods of kinesio tape to facilitate the effect following sports massage and aid in your training or activity routine
