HS Health Group Ltd can offer NHS Physiotherapy services under “ANY QUALIFIED PROVIDER for Musculoskeletal Pain Services” which means you do not have to pay for the consultation and treatment charges. You can be referred by your GP practice under by asking for a referral for Physiotherapy sent to admin.hsphysio@nhs.net. You can also complete a self-referral form if you are registered at one of the West Berkshire or North East Lincolnshire GP practices. Please refer to our Locations page for “Reading” and “Grimsby” for further information on self-referrals. Our curreny waiting time is less than 2 weeks. Our NHS based service also covers the First contact physiotherapy service and Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner service provided across multiple Primary care networks.
Any qualified provider (AQP) is an NHS contract, which allows qualified providers to deliver NHS based Physiotherapy services. This service aims to give patients more choice about where they receive selected health services and to increase patient’s access to specialised services closer to their homes.
HS Health Group Ltd has undergone a thorough assessment process in order to become an accredited provider, ensuring that we meet the required quality standards to deliver the service.

We believe in a multi-disciplinary approach to health care. Put simply, this means that we work closely with GPs, AHPs, consultants, diagnosticians and other health professionals to ensure the best care for you. You will also be happy to know we are registered with all the major insurance companies and are able to provide the services under your private insurance cover. Our highly qualified and professional team of physiotherapists are able to treat a wide range of conditions under the AQP offer, including sports, musculoskeletal, lymphedema, ergonomic advice, occupational health related services, women’s health services within the scope of physiotherapy practice, post-traumatic (eg. whiplash), back & neck pain, as well as treatment to improve performance and prevent injuries. All of our physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (MCSP) and are members of the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council).
