Sports Therapist: we are looking for an experienced Sports Therapist to join our team in Spalding, Boston, Grantham, Grimsby and Peterborough

We are considered as a leading musculoskeletal service provider in Lincolnshire and have expanded since starting in this business in 2012

Our primary focus is on building a capable workforce to be able to provide the best possible care for our patients. We do so through multiple trainings, CPDs, support with university courses and career progression opportunities

We are proud to state that more than 20 from our staff pool of 40 have progressed while working with us starting as Band 5 Physiotherapists to Advanced physiotherapy practitioners. We have trained more than 7 staff as Non-medical prescribers, injection therapists and first contact practitioners.

We work closely with consultants at ULHT allowing us to collaborate with them to train our staff members through consultant led CPD sessions.

We run CPD in-house or external trainings on a quarterly basis with training opportunities through clinical supervisions, case-based discussions, journal clubs, peer-group discussions, appraisals etc.

Incentives offer includes registration fee covered by the company for HCPC, CSP, FCP registration, electric vehicle incentive schemes, bike to work scheme, super physio of the month, performance incentives and bonuses for staff performing exceptionally during their annual performance review, etc.
